You can go to a gazillion places on the internet and find something about weight loss.  BUT, you can only go to ONE place and get the "TFS Theory Of Weight Loss"!   In this episode, I break down and try to make understanding how to burn more calories AT REST is one of the keys to weight loss. 

I'm sure I'll have some people out there who will throw all kinds of scientific stuff my way.  To that I say "so what?"   My whole goal is,if you're wanting to lose weight, to get you thinking in different terms and help you understand some basic principles without all the scientific mumbo-jumbo.   If one person who listens to this says, "Hey, that makes sense to me!"  then I feel it was well worth it.

Ep-009- Only Works If You Work It

In today's episode, I talk about working a particular program, whether it be a diet program or a workout program.  Too many people say, "Oh, I've tried that and it doesn't work."  That, honestly, pisses me off!  Being in the health and fitness industry, I find it hard to believe ANYONE would purposely develop a program that was not designed to work.  Oh sure, it may not ultimately be what you were looking for, but to say it doesn't work is just wrong.   Anyway, I talk about it in this episode.  Enjoy!
