Let me be clear about this and say it as simple as possible…..

You CANNOT spot reduce fat!  In other words, if you want to lose belly fat, doing sit ups and crunches will NOT give you a small midsection!  Let’s face it folks, when you’re over 45 or 50 years old, this whole “I can do a 2 hour workout at the gym” thing just isn’t as sexy as it was when you were 25 years old.

But, at the same time, you have learned to be more efficient with things in our life at this age as opposed to the younger you, right?
I’m here to tell you we can all be more efficient with this “reduce belly fat” thing as well.
Remember, we ALL have a six pack in our midsection, but it’s mostly covered up with that unwanted fat.
So the question then is, “how to lose belly fat in the most efficient way possible?”
Let me see if I can explain this in simple terms. (I like to keep things simple)

In order for this to make sense, you may need to change your mindset just a tad. In other words, instead of focusing on doing mid section exercises, focus on total fat body fat loss. Get it?

Fitness Over 45: What Did Your Past Look Like?

I always hear and read about people making plans and setting goals.  Now, before you jump to conclusions, I'm all for setting goals, I think that's a nice thing to do for yourself.  But today I gonna ask you to do something different, something unusual and, to a few of you, something painful.  Instead of looking at the future, look at your past.
Yes, I know…"Andrew, what's the point of looking at the past, it's behind me, I want to look ahead."  And you're right, look ahead. 
But for now, think about where you were 5 years ago….10 years ago.  Physically speaking, that is.  Were you in a place you liked?  Were you fit?  Were you not as fit?  Maybe you were overweight.  Maybe you just came of a fitness competition.

Too Many Option In The Fitness World?

You know, it seems like every time we turn on the TV, there are all kinds of gagets and gizmos saying how you can get 6 packs abs in 2 minutes a day, or ride this machine for 10 minutes and you'll be as fit as ever, or if you ben this way during an exercise it will work these muscles, bla-bla-bla.

Most people can relate to the "I bought this thing and now I use it to hang clothes" thing when it comes to these gagets, yes? 

If you're anything like me, I'm not looking for the latest and greatest, I'm just wanting something that I enjoy doing and I can see results!
