I’m writing this after doing my usual morning routine and drinking my cup of coffee while sitting at my desk, looking out my window and focus on what I’ll be doing for that particular day. 

Due to the nature of my online business, and the fact that I focus on helping the over 50 year old crowd Look Better, Feel Better and Lose Some Weight, I seem to be constantly looking at ways to achieve this and spread the information.

Also, the personal trainers who tell you if you drink a certain super protein shake, you'll be as healthy as you've ever been! 

Yes, it’s true, there are some amazing personal trainers out there, several of whom I had the pleasure of interviewing and promoting, but there are also some out there who just don’t get it and miss the point on how the “over 50” crowd feels about being healthier and fitter. 

In fact, there are people over 50 years old who have been injured trying to keep up with, and imitating what some 25 year old trainer has been telling them to do to get fit and healthy.

Most people, whether they are over 50 years old or not, tend to start doing some type of workout and realize it’s not for them, and they give up and go back to being unfit and unhealthy, which doesn’t have to be the case. 

It’s relatively easy to get healthier and fitter just by being at home, if you know what it is to look for and what to do.
